We are coming to Marlton NJ…

I mentioned last week that Marlton will be getting a new CBD store in Marlton Crossing, next to Pat's Select Pizza and Grill. I reached out to the President of Black Tie CBD and I have received additional information on what we can expect from their new store in Marlton.

“Black Tie CBD is a vertically integrated h**p company, headquartered in Northern California. We organically produce our own h**p which is then processed into a variety of h**p-derived CBD products such CBD Isolate, CBD Tincture, and much more. We focus on superior quality but are able to compete with industry leading prices as well. Since 2019, we've won a half dozen awards from various organizations including HighTimes Magazine, Oregon Growers Cup, and others for Best H**p, Best CBD Product, etc.”

The website BlackTieCBD.net has served over 100,000 customers in the last 3 years. As Black Tie CBD President Kyle Colpack was born and raised in Alabama, it was only natural that their first brick and mortar store should open there. In February 2019, the first store opened in Hoover, Alabama. It was quickly a success, which led to a second store opening in Homewood, AL, near downtown Birmingham.

According to Mr Colpack, as many of their customers were in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, they have been considering opening a location in the area since mid 2020. As Mr Colpack’s business partner Nicola Degradi has family in the area, the decision was made to open a store in Marlton.

The store is expected to be opened by the end of 2021 and will be their largest retail location to date, with an ‘elegant up-scale’ vibe, along with website ordering for local delivery.

“This location will not evolve into a ma*****na dispensary as we have no intentions of entering the recreational cannabis market in NJ. The store in New Jersey will be strictly h**p-derived products that contain less than .3% THC Delta-9 as required by federal and local regulation.”

QUESTIONS SURROUND SIMONE BILES AS FORMAL INVESTIGATION GEARS UP

(ESPN) - With four gold medals under her belt at the age of 24, there is no doubt that Simone Biles one of the greatest gymnasts of our time. However, her tremendous success has come with a mounting pressure to perform, leading to her voluntary removal from the US team.

After deciding to step back from the team to focus on her mental health, it seems Simone is facing yet another challenge. Simone's recent drug test results have come back, and her charts are raising a few eyebrows. Dead set on finding the truth, the Olympic Committee has begun a formal investigation into her blood test.

According to the report, there were alarmingly high levels of cannabinoids present in her blood. Cannabinoids are a compound normally associated with ma*****na use, but Simone's team asserts that she has never once partaken of ma*****na and instead attributes the high levels to her use of CBD.

Simone Biles responded with this:

"I understand the concern people have, but CBD is not a recreational drug or a performance enhancer. It's simply a natural product that helps me calm my nerves and get into the zone. I would recommend it to any athlete and frankly anyone struggling with anxiety or chronic pain!"
