We are certified lymphatic therapists helping those with post operative swelling and offering wellness lymphatic massages. Appointments by request only.

We are also licensed physical therapists helping those with cancer to regain their prior function and abilities We offer certified lymphatic services provided by therapists dedicated to self care and wellness of the lymphatic system. We also offer treatment for post operative plastic surgery swelling as well as lymphatic drainage to those experiencing lymphedema due to cancer or vascular concerns. These gentle techniques improve pain and swelling, and our therapists are well versed in compression garment education. Our wellness lymphatic massage addresses system detoxification and improved immune system function. These services also reduce the effects of stress and help those managing chronic pain. Breast cancer warriors will also benefit from our oncology rehabilitation specialists that can assist with postmastectomy care, cording reduction and scar management. If your wear compression garments to control your lymphedema, it is important to replace them every 9 months or so. The elastic wears out and stops providing adequate containment. If your lymphedema is getting worse despite being diligent with your garment wear, chances are your condition isn't getting worse; it's just that your garment is failing! If insurance paid for your first garment, chances are it will pay for an update.

Do vibration plates help to drain lymphatic fluid? There is some evidence that standing on a vibration plate for 10 to 20 minutes daily activates the balance muscles. This muscle pumping in turn assists lymphatic flow in the legs. However, this is not a substitute for actual exercise. Going for a daily walk has the same benefit and also gives a cardiovascular benefit as well. Save your money and just do what's natural....Walk!
