This. We’re all tired. And schools and hospitals and therapy agencies are out here wondering why they can’t recruit and retain good staff. Listen to the people in the field and then pay them what they’re worth. Although after two years of this, I’m not sure there is a dollar amount that could ever compensate for the physical, emotional, and spiritual stress we all endure every day.
