The transition from the weekend to the school week can be a significant source of anxiety for children.

Next month, CFCE Therapist Lelan Lockwood-Maldonado will facilitate a free, virtual workshop designed to help caregivers identify the signs of this anticipatory anxiety. Participants will walk away with actionable strategies to reduce the impact of the "Sunday Scaries" and create a smoother start to the week for the entire household.
