Today I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. 🙏
Huge THANK YOU to the amazing team at Burlington County Animal Hospital for taking such incredible care of Marley.

The BEST news… she is perfectly healthy. ❤️
What we saw was a muscular back spasm — not a herniated disc and not spondylosis. Praise God.

To everyone who prayed, messaged, called, and showed love — I felt it all. My friends, clients, Instagram and Facebook family… thank you for lifting me up during a very scary week.

God is good. Praise Jesus. I’m just so thankful my girl is okay. 🙏❤️

Most people see a dog.
I see my reason to keep going.

When you don’t have much family… when your circle is small… when life has knocked you down more times than you can count… you learn real quick what unconditional love actually looks like.
For me, it looks like Marley.

This week has been one of the hardest mentally and emotionally. Tomorrow she has to be sedated for imaging on her spine. I’m praying with everything I have that it’s just muscular and not something more serious like disc herniation or spondylosis.

Truth is… I wouldn’t be here today without this little girl.
She’s been my grounding force in chaos.
My peace in storms.
My reminder that love doesn’t judge you at your worst… it just stays.

If you pray… please say one for Marley.
She’s not just my dog.
She’s my world. ❤️🐾

Chest training isn’t random. It’s designed.

When I build a workout, I don’t duplicate angles or movement patterns.
Flat press → incline press → then I transition to a fly motion.

Why? Because smart programming isn’t about just “doing more.”
It’s about stimulating the muscle effectively while protecting the joints.

Yes — different angles can emphasize upper, mid, or lower pec fibers to a degree.
But physiologically, muscle contraction follows an all-or-none principle.
The key is strategic variation through the session to maximize fiber recruitment, tension, and longevity.
