I’m a hormone-certified nurse practitioner specializing in optimal wellness and preventative medicine. At Restore Health [by Science], we focus on treating the root cause—not just the symptoms—through individualized BHRT, advanced lab testing, and metabolic support.

💫 HOW I HELP:
Through our monthly concierge-style membership, I partner with clients to optimize their hormones, reduce inflammation, improve body composition, and finally get to the bottom of what’s actually going on—whether it’s thyroid dysfunction, adrenal issues, or insulin resistance.

💭 WHY I DO THIS:
After years in conventional medicine, I grew tired of watching people—especially women—be dismissed, overprescribed, or left searching for answers. I built Restore Health [by Science] to offer the kind of care I wish everyone had access to: validating, evidence-based, and truly life-changing.
