After suffering a major concussion and receiving tons of treatment, I was blown away with the positive effect massage therapy and muscle manipulation had on my healing process. We live in a stress driven world which can be overwhelming. Juggling family life, Jobs, and whatever responsibilities on your plate- you need to take the time for YOU.
