2024 has been off to a different start.
These pictures may not make sense to you all-but they are definitely worth more than words.
2023 was a hard year. It ended with a bang as Greg and I were down and out with whatever plague was released. (Yea, you can most definitely pin me as a conspiracy theorist.) On January 1 I decided to fully embrace and welcome 2024. I decided to make some changes to my routine because I felt what I have been doing was not working. I decided to read my Bible daily and journal. Shout out to my church for supplying this awesome One Year Bible-it breaks it down so easily each day. Full disclosure -I used to be overwhelmed when I would sit down and open my Bible and just was horrible at staying consistent. The coolest thing that has happened is where the scripture lines ups with life and it’s just so encouraging. God is so cool like that. 2023 highlighted a lot of areas I needed to surrender, work on and just LET GO. Being intentional is a major goal for this next season. Intentional on decisions, relationships , food choices, workouts, family, work and so on. Taking control of what I can and releasing what is out of my control. Saying goodbye to anxiety which means limiting screen time and putting boundaries up like never before. Praying more🙌🏼 and praying first -wow if that hasn’t been the theme recently. My faith has been rocked and prayer has been the only thing to rely fully on-it works🙏🏼 Lastly, there has been a shift with my work. The cottage is officially closed until further notice. Massage was a great season but it’s time to step back and focus on other priorities. You can find me at Exodus working out, cupping and staying consistent. I have been substitute teaching and really love it. So I’ll end with this. Open your Bible, Pray and Love more. The world is in dire need of it and it really is that simple. Love God Love People 🩷
