What a week! Hannah and I attend the last Oolapalooza with Dr Troy and Dr Dave in Scottsdale, Arizona. This event has changed both of our lives, as well as the lives of hundreds and I’m sure, thousands of others with the ripple effect!! Learning to love ourselves and find balance in this world is a blessing for sure!!

We were also so blessed to have my Mom, Linda, join us in Scottsdale to ✅ off a bucket list item for her! After 3 cancellations in Illinois and 2 in Phoenix, we made it up in a HOT AIR BALLOON! Hannah was nervous, and I wasn’t a fan of looking down, but Mom was enjoying every second! I’m so glad we were able to experience this together!

There is nothing like spending time with family in a gorgeous place, as well as developing goals for the next year with the support and love of the amazing Oola community! My heart is so so full! ❤️❤️❤️

Happy birthday to 2 of my favorite people, my little brother, George and my oldest daughter, Hannah Anne!!! I am so proud of both of you and love you so much!! I can’t believe Hannah is 20 years old!! She has always been a talented, funny, loving, beautiful girl and I’m so proud to be her Mom! Hannah is starting training to work for TSA as an officer, and leaving for Europe with her Grammy next week!! Onto the next adventure, honey!!! Have an amazing 20th year!! And cheers to you and Uncle George!! 🎉🎂❤️

It’s a BIG week for Project Jade!!! This non-profit, as well as Jade and family, are near and dear to my heart. What started as designing an outdoor communication board for the playground at Jade’s elementary school has become providing communication devices for children in need, communication boards and visuals for schools, medical providers, national and state parks and MORE! I live by the statement that ALL behavior IS communication!

It is my mission as an individual and professional to advocate for all individuals to be able to communicate!! It is a human RIGHT to be able to do so.

First off, I want to say a late THANK YOU for all the birthday wishes last week!! So blessed ❤️❤️ In 2024, I have made a commitment to my mental and physical health, prioritizing what is my passion and purpose! My family and friends come first, but then comes community. It makes my heart full to know I did something today that I’ve been wanting to do for a long time! I took 10 inches of hair off with the help of my amazing stylist, Melissa, and donated it for wigs for individuals who need it! ❤️❤️ So thankful to be able to use my body and mind to help make positive change in the world! ❤️🥰

Join me for this AMAZING Reset and Refresh! I was able to experience this program about 6 weeks ago and it was awesome! The recipes were so delicious and filling. So good that the whole family enjoyed them!!
