Training day today! I'm learning about reproductive trauma today and have another exciting training next week.

It's the perfect weather to cozy up and attend this training with providers across the country.

The Library has some awesome offerings!

Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious? Meditate Marquette and PWPL can help!

Instructional sessions will be held from 5:30–5:50pm for those who would like to learn how to meditate, have questions about meditation, or need guidance on their practice.

Guided meditations, walking meditation, or stillness begin at 6 pm.

All are welcome regardless of skill level or spiritual affiliation.

If you struggle with sleep, Netflix has a new series out with Headspace on sleep. I just watched the first episode, it has great techniques to help fall asleep!

Eve Lewis Prieto, the director of meditation at Headspace believes, “we take sleep for granted.” Which is why the app has paired up with Netflix for a new series about a more aware and mindful way to rest and sleep.

Start the Cycle is an awesome program in our community!

Are you interested in being a mentor with Start The Cycle?
Come join the fun!

Requirements:
- 21+ years old
- A love for mountain biking
- Basic knowledge of biking skills and bike maintenance
- A desire to help youth become a part of our amazing bike community
- Be available for practices on Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30 (April 22 - August 14)
- Pass a criminal background check
- Complete mentor training

Our season starts on April 22nd and mentor training will be held via Zoom on March 18th from 5:30-7:30pm. Fill out an application on our website and contact us for more information.

Certification training today on Grief and Loss and so excited and thankful to have this "Live" experience via online platforms. I'm feeling rejuvenated and reconnected with my love of learning!

Grieving clients have some of the most heartbreaking stories that we see as clinicians.
