Yesterday afternoon, Singletrack hit pause for something important 💙

Our office was closed while our team completed CPR recertification— (taught by our very own Dr. Barker!)because keeping our community safe will always be a top priority.

We’re so proud of our staff for taking the time to stay prepared, confident, and ready to help when it matters most. It’s just one more way we’re committed to caring for the people we serve every day.

Thank you for your patience—our doors are open again and we’re back to normal hours today! 🙌

Lindsey joined the manikin bobsled team and Cassie is looking pretty comfortable with those babies 😍

🌷 Spring Round-Up Time at Singletrack Health!

As we head into a fresh new season, we’re doing a little spring cleaning—and we could use your help!

If you’ve borrowed any durable medical equipment (DME) from us in the past such as:

Nebulizer machines
Crutches
Wheelchairs

We’re looking to welcome those items back home so they can help someone else in need. 💙

It’s a quick stop to drop them off at the clinic, and it really helps our team by saving time tracking equipment down!

Thank you for being a part of our community and helping us continue to care for others. 🌼

🎶 We are so proud at Singletrack to support this incredible new build!

Seeing the joy on our very own Tina’s face (in red) makes it even more meaningful — not only is she an amazing biller on our team, but she also plays the flute beautifully. 💛

The new band shell looks absolutely stunning, and we can’t wait to enjoy a summer night filled with music on the shores of Lake Superior. What a wonderful addition to our community! 🌊✨

As we celebrate the opening of the Winter Olympics tonight ❄️🔥, we’re reminded that we have an Olympian right here at Singletrack Health!

We’re incredibly proud of Lindsey Weier Dehlin, American cross-country skier and former member of the U.S. Olympic Team in Salt Lake City 2002 and Torino 2006 🇺🇸⛷️

Lindsey’s athletic journey is nothing short of remarkable:
• Represented the U.S. Ski Team at two Winter Olympics
• A five-time NCAA All-American at Northern Michigan University
• 2008 NCAA National Champion in the 15K classic
• The first high school athlete to earn a spot on the U.S. Olympic Nordic Team
• The youngest American cross-country skier ever to compete in the Olympics

From Olympic trails to supporting health and performance every day! Lindsey continues to inspire us all.✨

The panel answered viewer questions on common concerns, explained how the eyes and ears work and shared practical tips for protecting and maintaining sensory health at every stage of life. From routine screenings to recognizing changes in sight or hearing, the episode offered valuable insights for individuals and families across our community.

On the most recent episode of WNMU-TV PBS “Ask the Doctors,” host Jennifer Dehlin, MD, was joined by Zachary Leonard, MD; Bradley Benson, DPM; and Carley Maanika, PT, DPT, AT, ATC, for a discussion on orthopedic medicine.

The panel covered common musculoskeletal concerns, the value of early evaluation and how orthopedic care — including physical therapy, injury prevention and surgical options — helps patients maintain mobility and quality of life at all stages. They also offered practical guidance for managing pain, recovering from injuries and supporting long-term bone and joint health.
