“My back pain and p***c bone pain was unbearable—some evenings I literally had to crawl 😣. I probably waited too long before coming in, but the pain finally pushed me to start care. I also wanted to be sure my baby was in a good position for birth and starting off with a balanced nervous system ✨.”

She shared that once she began her adjustments, everything started to change. “It was managed so well that I could go on my morning walks until the end of my pregnancy, thankfully! The adjustments not only helped my body, but also eased my mind of the ‘birth fears’ I was carrying near the end 💕.”

And here’s how the rest of Jamie’s story goes:

“When I started labor, it slowed down during the day where only curb walking would bring on contractions. I went in for an adjustment, and I didn’t even make it out to my car when I had an intense contraction. Things picked up quickly, and my baby was born less than 4 hours later! 👶✨ She has been such a wonderful newborn. At just a couple weeks old when she seemed gassy and uncomfortable 😢, she was adjusted and basically slept for 2 days aside from feedings and brief wake windows 😴💤.”

“The care at CFC is targeted to take care of not only mom 💕, but also to make sure baby is developing without extra stress . I love that they explain everything—where you’re at and where you want to be. I would highly recommend any pregnant or postpartum mama to be under their care, along with your little one. I’m so grateful for the support I received during my first homebirth and for helping me have the smooth, confident experience I hoped for 🙏✨.”
