Did you know most heat-related injuries are preventable? ☀️
Staying active in the summer is great, but it’s important to train smart and stay safe. These simple tips can help prevent heat exhaustion, dehydration, and fatigue:

✅ Listen to your body – Don’t push through signs of dizziness, nausea, or extreme fatigue.
✅ Hydrate before, during, and after – Dehydration can sneak up fast in the heat.
✅ Know when to train – Avoid peak heat hours (typically 10 am–4pm).
✅ Fuel properly – Balanced nutrition keeps your energy and electrolytes in check.
✅ Dress for performance – Wear lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing to help your body stay cool.

Stay safe, stay strong, and keep moving smart this summer. 💪
