Tuesday I have two offerings at Alluma Yoga on Washington st. Marquette MI. 9:30 a Vinyasa flow to teach you about yoga and movement of the body, 4:00 pm Is Slow flow a more beginner Ish class to break poses down and learn the benefit of finding your foundation and moving mindfully.
