If you have an urgent matter, please call the hospital operator at UPHS Marquette at 906-449-3000 and ask for the doctor on call for South Shore. Any non-urgent matters may be left on our office answering machine and will be checked the following business day.

Our office will be having a flu shot clinic for our patients on September 9th. Please call our office at 906-225-3988 for scheduling!

Please keep in mind, we do ask for 72 hour notice for any medication refills and at least 24-48 hours on return phone calls.

Our Story

Our practice was opened in August of 1988 by Daniel Hardie, M.D. and his wife Alice McMahon, PA-. They were joined one year later by friend and colleague Mark Stevens, M.D., in 2014 by Erika Hefke, FNP-C, and by Spring Madosh, M.D., in 2017 .

We build a collaborative relationship with our patients, encouraging open two-way communication. Our practice strives to be proactive in your healthcare. We advise our patients to be seen yearly so we can provide honest, up-to-date advice on how to maintain good health.

Stevens Hardie Family Practice and Singletrack Health share call on nights and weekends and will follow you if a hospital admission occurs. We offer continued care at home for debilitated patients, assistance with home health & hospice, and local nursing home visits.
