🚧 Studio Expansion Update – More Space, More Equipment! 🚧

Exciting things are happening! I’ve rented the office space right next door, which will serve as the manual therapy room and private session space.

During renovations, this new space will temporarily house two reformers and manual therapy sessions. Once the expanded reformer room is ready, we’ll have three reformers available for classes! 🎉

And that’s not all—I’ve also ordered a ladder barrel and another Pilates chair to bring even more variety and challenge to your sessions.

Thank you for your patience while we make these upgrades—I can’t wait for you to experience the new setup! 💪✨

Check out packages at the link below. For the series (Mat and Reformer), please let me know of times that work best on Mondays, Thursdays or Fridays. My studio is very small, so I do not currently offer set classes, get in touch to set up an appointment for you (and your friends).

I also want to have everyone that books classes have an intro to Pilates. I was trained at Reforming Foundations School of Pilates in Detroit and there are a few differences from traditional Pilates.

Individual Mixed Equpment Session (Trapeze Table, Exo Chair and Reformer)

Reformer Class (limited to 2 participants)

Mat Class (limited to 5 participants)

I highly recommend starting with an individual session. This will let you get introduced to Pilates and the equipment. Currently, I have 2 reformers, but hope to add a 3rd by the end of the year.

Just wanted to announce a time change for tomorrow’s (Wednesday, 12/7) MELT Method class. The class will be at 4:15 instead of the previously scheduled later time.

We had a great class tonight. I was amazed with a client that was in pain while lying with her legs out long for the first part of the class—25 minutes or so into the class, she was pain free! It was fantastic to see. MELT may not have that result with everyone, but it should help you hydrate your fascia which can help to alleviate some stuck stress in your body.

Schedule is up!!!

Hi! I’ve got a decent schedule set up until the end of the year for MELT Method®️ and Yomassage®️ sessions. I have most Tuesdays at 6:30 and Thursdays at 5:15 for MELT and the first 3 Saturdays in December for Yomassage at 2:00.

If you’re interested in classes on Friday, please let me know, as I have the whole day available. If you’re interested in private groups for MELT or Yomassage, reach out and let’s schedule ASAP!
