Celebrating International Housekeeping Week
This week, we’re proud to shine a spotlight on Norlite’s very own Director of Environmental Services, John Wright!
John has been a cornerstone of Norlite for the past 12 years, and he truly embodies dedication in every sense. He flexes his time to cover weekends when needed, lends his expertise to other facilities with training and coverage support, and consistently emphasizes the importance of sanitation and tidiness.
Beyond his work ethic, John’s wonderful personality and genuine relationships with both residents and teammates make him a valued leader and friend. He supervises and trains his staff with fairness, educates teammates on regulatory and quality matters, and communicates with directness and clarity. His passion shows through every day—especially when he pushes for excellence in our operations.
A proud outdoorsman and true Yooper at heart (despite being born a troll), John brings the same spirit and grit he applies to hunting and fishing into his role at Norlite. He is also a strong, respected member of our interdisciplinary team, and we are fortunate to have his steady leadership and commitment guiding our Environmental Services department.
