🎉 January Teammate of the Month – Congratulations, Hope Kaukola! 🎉
Hope was one of the top vote-getters this month, and her nominations said it all: hardworking, positive, kind, flexible, always willing to help, and truly an all-star teammate. đź’™
Hope joined Norlite last February as a Hospitality Aide and became a CNA in August—and she continues to impress us every step of the way.
Last week, during the severe winter storm when our entire Dietary Department was unable to report to work, Hope stepped up in an extraordinary way. After completing her CNA shift, she stayed on and helped cook breakfast and lunch for the entire facility, working a total of 18 hours to ensure our residents were cared for and nourished. She calmly led others unfamiliar with kitchen operations and helped guide the team through a very high-risk situation with confidence and compassion.
Hope’s selflessness, leadership, and dedication truly reflect the very best of Team Norlite. Thank you for going above and beyond—our residents and your teammates are better because of you! 🌟
