Please join us in congratulating Ona Dalman, our February Teammate of the Month, recognized by her peers for exceptional work as a Medication Aide at Norlite.
Ona’s nominations spoke loud and clear—she is kind, hardworking, professional, and deeply committed to the residents she serves. She consistently goes above and beyond, advocates for resident needs, supports her coworkers, and leads with compassion and maturity. Whether mentoring new CNAs, lending a helping hand during busy shifts, or delivering thoughtful and thorough care, Ona exemplifies what teamwork and dedication look like.
Ona began her journey at Norlite in January 2022 as a CNA, later completing Medication Aide training as part of our first-ever training cohort. Since March 2023, she has served as a trusted mentor for new CNAs, plays an active role on our QAPI team, and continues to grow professionally while pursuing her degree at Northern Michigan University.
We are incredibly proud of Ona and grateful for the heart, professionalism, and positivity she brings to Norlite every day. đź’«
