Employee of the Month – November
Mikayla Marie Blight, LPN
We are proud to recognize Mikayla Blight, LPN as our November Employee of the Month! Although she is one of the newest members of our night-shift nursing team, Mikayla has already made an incredible impact here at Norlite.
Mikayla is consistently described by her peers and residents as a caring, dedicated, and highly skilled nurse. She approaches every shift with a positive attitude, and her cheerfulness is infectious, often filling the halls with laughter and smiles. She is known for being pleasant, easy-going, and always willing to help—whether supporting a coworker or going the extra mile for a resident.
Her commitment shines through in everything she does. Mikayla comes in early, stays late when needed, and never hesitates to step in wherever she can make a difference. Even under pressure, she remains steady, composed, and focused. Her professionalism, teamwork, and heart of gold have earned her the respect and admiration of everyone around her.
