UP Rehab Services is excited to expand our Nursing Home Therapy Services as of February 1, 2026. We are now caring for patients at Villa Maria Health & Rehabilitation and Sky View Nursing Center located in Iron County. We look forward to caring for their patients and supporting their communities.
Here is our team taking a break on the first day as they are working through the transition of patients and new systems. Thank you to everyone for working together to make the first day a huge success!
