Do you have a fitness tracker... if so do you like it/hate it?!

A 2 year study shows the weight lost by adults who wore a fitness tracker averaged 7.7 # vs adults who did not was 13 #. Both groups were placed on a low calorie diet, prescribed physical activity and had group counseling sessions.

Has your fitness tracker helped you lose weight and stay accountable?! We are interested to hear your feedback. :)
