Brain health is linked to overall body health. What we eat. What we think. How much we move. How little we move. What relationships we have. How we interact in those relationships. Our stress levels. Our sleep, or lack there of. Our body and mind are directly connected. One way to support our bodies and brains is to complete a detox. I like to do this detox once a year to clear anything out of my system that could be weighing me down and clogging up my system. I notice that my eyes become more clear and my overall wellbeing improves. Take care of your mind and body, you only get one.
