Jana Hendrickson is a leadership and personal development coach with over 15 years of experience working with hundreds of individuals around the globe, helping them navigate stress, change, and personal and professional growth. She is currently completing a PhD in Professional Coaching and Human Development, with a focus on self-actualization, meaning, and well-being. Her work integrates positive psychology, self-coaching tools, and mind–body awareness in a practical, grounded way.
