Orthopedic Massage Therapy is a multidisciplinary approach to relieving and managing muscular and soft tissue pain, dysfunction, and injury. It is utilized by clients who have a goal of improving range of motion, managing daily pain and discomfort and releasing restrictions that imbalance the musculoskeletal posture. My goal is to provide a safe environment, open communication and helpful information tailored to each client. My focus is results driven as opposed to relaxation driven. Clients who benefit from orthopedic massage suffer from conditions including:

Nerve entrapment
Shoulder impingement
Thoracic-outlet syndrome
Migraines and Tension headaches
Rotator-cuff injuries
Tendonitis
Carpal-tunnel syndrome
Joint arthritis
Low back pain or Sciatica
SI joint pain or Hip pain
Fibromyalgia

A quick update: I am currently booked until October! I do have a cancelation list for current clients. If you need a session every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 a month and you havent booked out yet - please reach out and we can get you on the books for the rest of 2025!

Hi! The fumes in the Union Block Building are done fumin’ - in case you have an upcoming appointment.
I will open my books JULY 1st for September and fall season!

Clients! Flooring is being refinished within the Union Block Building that my office is located in. The fumes are currently potent and are expected to last a couple weeks. I cannot guarantee the scent will dissipate at a certain date. If you have an appointment and are concerned that this will affect your session, please contact me and we can reschedule.

*Cancellation Policy: By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to Mary Mugford Massage Therapy, LLC Terms and Conditions. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required before the time of your scheduled appointment. If a 24 hour notice is not given in advance, you will be responsible for 100% payment of your scheduled service. In order to secure your appointment in advance, a credit card is required to hold your appointment.
