Very excited to be working together with to offer speed & skill work throughout the Fall! The goal of the program is to:

▪️Mitigate the chances of injury by learning and applying the proper mechanics of sprinting, accelerating, decelerating, changing direction, jumping & landing
▪️Improve stability and coordination especially as it pertains to single leg control
▪️Practice and expand on skillset w/ top notch coaches and current collegiate athletes

Each session is almost at capacity so be sure to inquire asap if you want to join in. Can’t wait to get started!

It’s been an awesome Winter training program with our HoCo girls! These girls are a blank canvas when it comes to training and using the weight room/speed agility exercises to develop. So it’s very important to us that we introduce and reinforce the fundamentals.

We have to set them up up for long term development and make sure that what we do with them now is the safest and most effective training methods possible. Anything else will not help decrease their chance of injury and will not allow them to get stronger, faster, and quicker as they get older and develop.

🚨NEW LOCATION ALERT🚨
You asked and we are answering! We are excited to announce that we are coming to Clarksville!! 4,000 square feet of weight room and turf space conveniently located right off of route 108 seconds away from River Hill High School. To all of our athletes don’t worry we are now only 10 minutes away now!! The team at will be in the gym as always, offering the best Physical Therapy you can get. And I will also be introducing a new nutritional component to the gym that I can’t wait to offer to everyone.

It’s so crazy to me that in 2008 this whole thing was just an idea. In my basement at my townhouse in River Hill just training my brothers and the River Hill football teams trying to figure it all out and make a vision come true. Now I get to come back to where it all started!!! Im unbelievably grateful for the support I’ve received from day 1 up until this very moment. You guys and the team I have with me have made this all possible and I’ll always make sure to pay it forward!

I’ll be posting with updates and progress videos as things come together so stay tuned!

An absolute pleasure speaking to the Physical Education and Weight Training teachers for Howard County this morning alongside . We spoke about safety in the weight room, exercise selection/progression, weight selection/progression, amongst other things. I got to reconnect with some former coaches that both coached me and I played against back in the day which was really cool. I am very excited and honored to be viewed as a resource for the County in regards to Strength & Conditioning. Anything I can do to help move the needle in the right direction for the County’s youth I am all in for!!

Piggy backing off of the post I made about sleep and injuries. If you’re in my gym you’ve heard it mentioned a million times that a training program that covers all bases and is programmed properly will help reduce the risk of an injury. Here are some hard numbers to back it up.

The chart is showing results from a combination of 25 studies, that oversaw over 26,600 participants. 12 of those 25 studies were done on healthy adolescents, the other 13 done on healthy adults. From what I gathered all studies had different parameters in regard to how often they trained, how long they trained, etc. regardless of those factors, the evidence is clear that training your body helps reduce the risk of injury.

I totally understand that life gets in the way. Club practices, tournaments, recruiting showcases all take priority at certain times of the year. But if you take your performance seriously and you want to maximize what you’re capable of, it’s important to find the time in your week to train your body. If you commit yourself to a training program and consistently work it, you’ll be in a MUCH better position physically for those recruiting showcases and tournaments. Once a week or 4 times a week, whatever youre able to do, do it! You’ll be happy you did when it’s time to perform!
