We are in need of someone to help out with 5&6th grade soccer practice on Thursdays and Friday’s! Please shoot us a message ⚽️

Reminder*** we are still looking for volunteers to help run soccer while Dave is out! We have someone for grades 1/2 for the August schedule. We still need people for 3/4th grade and 5/6th grade. We are not asking for a full commitment of the season but if you are free on a certain day or can fit us in for a week we will take the help! Please call the town office or send a message with any dates that you are intrested. We would like to keep the times after school for ease of transportation but those times could be flexible if needed.
We will have a tentative Septemeber schedule by the 18th when games have been schedules with neighboring towns.

Here is the tentative August schedule for rec soccer. This fall our recreation director will be out for an extented period of time for medical leave and will not be able to run programs. WE NEED VOLUNTEERS/COACHES TO HELP! We are looking for anyone who can run practices for 1-2nd grade, 3-4th grade, and 5-6th grade.

Tee Ball: Tues & Wed @ 5:30 PM
Minor League: Monday & Wed @ 9 AM
Major League: Monday & Wed @ 10:15 AM

All practices will take place at the high school baseball field.

The town would love to hear from kids and parents what summer programs they would like so that we could work together to get a more rounded and stronger supported recreation program. Please come to the meeting on the 8th at 6 pm with ideas! Below is what we currently offer.

Tee ball: k-1st grade $15
Minor league: 2-3rd grade $25
Major league: 4-6th grade $25
Jr Girls Soft Ball: 4-8th grade $25
Pony League: 7-11th grade $ 25
Pitch hit & Run: Free
New Program: CoEd Softball 6-8th $25

It has come to our attention that some people with children who wanted to participate in summer recreation programs did not get registered in time. As a result with only 3 registrants from Mars Hill, 3 registrants from Bridgewater, and 1 registrant from Blaine the summer programs were cancelled.

We want to open registration back up and will meet at the Mars Hill Town Office on July 8, 2025 at 6:00pm to sign up any and all children that want to participate in summer programs as well as parents who are willing to sign up as coaches to assist the large amount of children that we are expecting to sign up. Come see us!!
