Ease your way into learning the QiGong practice through this fusion workshop where we’ll incorporate both Yoga and QiGong fundamentals. Yoga calms through breath & stretch. QiGong clears energy blocks to allow the body fuller breath & deeper stretch. This is done through gentle, repetitive movements suitable to all levels of practitioners.
