Happy Tuesday! We'll be spending time celebrating with loved ones this weekend and won't make the farmer's market - but we have plenty of treats on hand this week! If you're in the market for Journey Well Home treats, here's what we have for purchase:

I'm learning more and more that the patient waiting is where the greatest lessons can be learned. I'm now learning how to hold steady forward motion and the growth that comes in waiting! 😍

Weekends filled with friends, family, Jesus and meal prep are great weekends!!…

I learned early in my professional life if I was gping to eat healthy and stay on budget, meal prep was the best for me - and I don’t enjoy cooking so doing it in one day checks the box! 🤗…

(Journey Well Home treats and the champagne are always on the top shelf! Never know when i’ll want a snack or have something to celebrate! 🥳)

When we think about how we landed on this journey of health and wellness, our family traditions of faith, giving, and community always rise to the top - core pieces of wellness! I was going through images in my photos and found this one....

The newspaper clipping was sent to Candy and I by a dear, dear loved one (Edna Douglas) more than two decades ago. And the magnet was our grandmother's...They make me smile every time I look at them!

We're so grateful for the strong women in our lives - like Mom, Edna, Virgie (Mama) - who mentored us to explore love, abundance, and hard work! It's a daily journey, but the gratitude runs deep! ....💚🙏🏼
