We are so excited to offer our younger generation a positive and healthy space to experience the benefit and joys of fitness. Fitness is for ALL levels and we meet your child where they are at.
We’re not here to make great athletes we are here to help establish healthy habits that transcend beyond the gym doors.
Below explains what each class offers - details are also on our website!
Strength & Agility
• focused on cardio, strength, agility, coordination, BALANCE! and mobility. Key things that create a well rounded athlete and healthy habits.
Endurance
• focused on improving endurance levels and learning pacing by using a wide range of movements and equipment to improve stamina.
Running Club
• learn techniques, gain confidence and build endurance with the Queen of running! Coach Kate Bucher is passionate about sharing her love for running with others!
Lifting 101
• for those who are serious about learning proper lifting techniques and improving form on basic Olympic lifts. We will focus on back squat, front squat, dead lift and bench press.
L.I.F.E
Want to start healthy habits in the gym but not sure where to start? This is the class. It’s a great mix of strength and cardio in a well balanced workout. This class takes the thinking out of getting to gym. Show up and we will help with the rest. Get a good efficient workout in before your day begins.
