Rosa has proudly served as our Dietary Manager for the past 7 years, bringing consistent leadership, care, and dedication to every meal served. Her commitment to resident nutrition goes beyond meeting dietary needs—she focuses on satisfaction, comfort, and quality, ensuring each resident feels heard and cared for at the table.

Rosa works closely with nursing, therapy, and support staff to promote teamwork and provide high-quality care, knowing that great nutrition plays a vital role in overall health and recovery. Her leadership and attention to detail help make dining at Heritage House both nourishing and enjoyable.
