Massage treatment has been shown to increase range of motion and mobility in those with stiffness.
One does not have to use extremely deep tissue to alleviate pain although some folks prefer that.
By using a cupping tool we are able to begin pulling out knots and help facilitate healing of the muscles

This is the lotion I use on my clients
It has magnesium to relax the muscles
Frankincense for sore muscles
Peppermint to soothe and eucalyptus to assist with pain and it also has a cleansing effect.
