Country music superstar Jason Aldean is working with the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA) to help raise awareness and funds for the battle against Alzheimer’s and dementia with the release of a new song, “Help You Remember.” It was inspired by his personal experience of having family members live with dementia-related illnesses. The track also shines a spotlight on AFA and the importance of not facing dementia alone. Individuals can join Aldean in supporting AFA and connecting with resources and services.
“Help You Remember,” which was recently released, will be part of Aldean’s upcoming new album, “Songs About Us.” https://jasonaldean.lnk.to/songsaboutusPR
Aldean revealed on a recent podcast that his uncle passed away last year from Lewy body dementia and that he has another family member currently living with dementia, and that those experiences influenced his songwriting.
Aldean is encouraging people to connect with support services through AFA and donate to support the foundation. Individuals can do so at www.givebutter.com/AFA-Jason-Aldean
