Time to Celebrate! Passage of HB1923 & Medicaid Budget Amendment!!

​Governor Youngkin, on the last day of legislative action, SIGNED HB 1923 and a budget that INCLUDES MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT PARITY FOR ALL MIDWIVES! Virginia becomes the first state in the nation to recognize autonomous midwifery practice and reimbursement at 100% of fee schedule for all nationally certified midwives! Congratulations Virginia!!!!

Counting down to Lucky 13.
💕Ellie was a natural "home" birth baby.
She came out holding her left hand on the side of her head, and she's been a lefty ever since. My appointments happened in this nice little cottage in the "blue room". We wanted to be surprised by the gender but we thought she was a boy. Definitely surprised and filled with joy when we realized we had baby Eleanor not baby Everett.💕
