ATTENTION FITNESS CENTER MEMBERS!!! The PARKING LOT WILL BE CLOSED FRIDAY (tomorrow) the 14th FROM NOON TILL 6PM for lot resurfacing. Please park in the lower concrete parking lot by propane tanks and walk across grass to the entrance.

Torticollis is often seen in babies, but can also appear in adulthood. Symptoms include a limited range of motion in the neck, head pain, and neck pain. Most often, it is easily treated with physical therapy! The quicker you treat this condition, the quicker it's resolved.

We might have that missing item you have been searching for! We have had some items several weeks, and despite putting up signs, no one has claimed them!
