📅 CANCELLATION, BOOKING & SERVICE POLICY

Booking & Deposits

• Most services require a $25 non-refundable deposit
• Deposit is applied toward your service total
• Appointment is not confirmed without deposit

Cancellation Policy

• 48-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations within 48 hours = 50% of service charged
• No-call / No-show = 100% service charge

• All services include a 10-minute 5 min pre/ 5 min post massage
• Appointment time does NOT extend past scheduled end
• Example:
• 60-minute service = 50 minutes hands-on
