Hope Harbor is a Christian ministry committed to equipping, empowering, and anchoring families to Jesus. Learn more at hopeharbormn.org.

We serve teens and families in Marshall, MN and Parker, SD. Hope Harbor was founded in 2005 and offers loving, family-style care. Just like at home, residents prepare meals and eat together, share bedrooms, do their laundry, relax in the living room and use the yard for games. Biblical counseling and private school are provided on site. Our teens take ownership in family life as they build skills to serve them for years to come. The Hope Harbor program is structured by five phases individualized to meet each family's needs. Consistent parent involvement, unique to Hope Harbor, is central to each family's healing. Expected program length is approximately 12 months, which must be carefully considered when determining if Hope Harbor is right for your family.

📣We're hiring in Parker, SD (by Sioux Falls)! Direct Care Staff are responsible for the engagement, supervision, and guidance of teens at Hope Harbor with particular emphasis on life skills, social skills, daily living, and spiritual growth.

Thrivent Financial Members - let's put your Action Teams cards to good use! Did you know Thrivent Financial Members each have access to two $250 Action Team cards each year, at no cost to you, that can be used for tons of projects at Hope Harbor? They renew each January, so let's use yours locally before year end. Contact us at marshall@hopeharbormn.org or comment below and we will walk you through the process and give you project ideas. Last year we had 25 Action Teams used, that's over $6,000 in support at no cost to the members. Not sure if you have Action Teams available? We can help you find out!
