Hope Harbor Hope Harbor is a Christian ministry committed to equipping, empowering, and anchoring families to Jesus. Learn more at hopeharbormn.org.

We serve teens and families in Marshall, MN and Parker, SD. Hope Harbor was founded in 2005 and offers loving, family-style care. Just like at home, residents prepare meals and eat together, share bedrooms, do their laundry, relax in the living room and use the yard for games. Biblical counseling and private school are provided on site. Our teens take ownership in family life as they build skills

to serve them for years to come. The Hope Harbor program is structured by five phases individualized to meet each family's needs. Consistent parent involvement, unique to Hope Harbor, is central to each family's healing. Expected program length is approximately 12 months, which must be carefully considered when determining if Hope Harbor is right for your family.

Is your garden bursting with goodies? Donate extra zucchini, tomatoes, or that one mutant carrot to feed hungry teens! Your excess is much appreciated to help us provide healthy meals and snacks for Hope Harbor teens. Donations provide lifelong skills around how to prepare, store (we have freezer space!) and enjoy nutritious foods.

📣We're hiring in Parker, SD (by Sioux Falls)! Direct Care Staff are responsible for the engagement, supervision, and guidance of teens at Hope Harbor with particular emphasis on life skills, social skills, daily living, and spiritual growth.

Our Parker location serves boys ages 12-17 and houses six teens at a time with one staff on duty (up to 12 total with two staff). Shifts available include 2:30pm-11:30pm M-F, 11:30pm-8:30am awake overnights weekdays, 8am-4pm or 4pm-12pm weekends, and 12am-8am awake overnights weekends.
