The last day of Elite, we decided to try something new this year! We combined classes and did a fun watermelon competition followed by a couple track relays! The kids all did amazing, so we finished up the year with some fresh cut watermelon and breakfast pizza! Thank you all for signing up this year and we hope to see you all next year!

Last week we had a fun change of pace with the Fourth of July! 🎆On Monday we did a fun circuit ending with some cupcakes! Then on Wednesday to finish up the week, we ended with a fun track day outside! Athletes of the week received a little bunt cake! 🎂

Congratulations to our Athletes of the Week! 🏋️‍♂️🎉Way to go Kelsey, Zach, Blaise and Ashyr. They each received a Subway or DQ gift card. We also had a fun little treat of popsicles with the hot weekend coming up and for getting through maxes and the first week of officially lifting!

"Two weeks ago, Elite Performance started!! 🏋️💪
Athletes ranging from 6th-12th grade worked on squat, bench, and deadlift form, finding their maxes the end of last week!
