Last week we had a fun change of pace with the Fourth of July! 🎆On Monday we did a fun circuit ending with some cupcakes! Then on Wednesday to finish up the week, we ended with a fun track day outside! Athletes of the week received a little bunt cake! 🎂

We are excited to accept sign-ups for our summer sports performance training program: Elite Performance.
What is Elite Performance?
It is a 10-week program focusing on high-intensity performance enhancement to increase speed, power, agility, strength and coordination.
Who: Students going into 6 grade and up
When: June 2-Aug 15, 2025
Time: 8AM, 9AM, 10AM, 11AM, 12PM
Where: Marshall Middle School 401 S Saratoga St. Marshall, MN
Price: $250 per athlete
