We are taking applications for a "House Mom" in our ministry. This person would need to share our passion for seeing women set free from addiction through the power of Jesus Christ. Hours would be part time. While on duty, you would live within the DOHTs facility. Our hope is to have a split-shift with two house moms. Job description includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Set an example for the residents in personal conduct, character, and integrity.
• Uphold and enforce DOHTs standards, policies and procedures, code of conduct, and rights of persons served
• Manage and supervise residents by upholding program rules and guidelines
• Keep track of consumable household items and facilitate replenishment as necessary
• Create and implement household chore list and delegate to residents
• Implement cooking schedule and assist residents in creating budget-friendly and nutritious meals
• Assist Director in conducting prospective resident interviews.

Dear Friends and Neighbors -
The DOHTs ministry is in critical need of immediate help from our community. The Daughters of Hope and Transformation (DOHTs) in Marshall, AR, is a faith-based residential recovery program for women trapped in the vicious cycle of addiction. We are a local non-profit ministry whose program is entirely funded by your donations.
At the end of August, our landlord is vacating the building we currently lease which has put DOHTs in the position of either seeking a new lease on our current facility or having to move to a new home.
We need your assistance in helping us to FIND and FUND a home for DOHTs which will allow us to continue to serve and guide women in addiction by helping them overcome through their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Please help us in whatever way you can and are led to in meeting this immediate critical need. These are the ways you can make a donation to the Building Fund:

Happy Monday!!! We at Daughters of Hope and Transformation would just like to say THANK YOU! Thanks to everyone who is sowing seeds into this program. Thank you for loving these ladies. This weekend I had the opportunity to attend a housewarming party for one of our own, Shana Douglas. She is buying her first house while working full-time and being a full-time mom!! There were 6 past DOHTS ladies celebrating together!!! That is just a small piece of the women God has transformed in this program!!! God is using this program to change lives!!! I'm truly thankful to be a small part of what He is doing! So thank you for all you do!! This is possible because of you!! We are the hands and feet of Jesus!!
