Wonder what the Grundy Center Wellness Committee does? Our local committees mission is to empower individuals of Grundy Center to develop and enhance dimensions of wellness and promote self-responsibility for lifestyle choices that have a positive impact on their health and wellness. We do this by working with Grundy Center Community Schools, City of Grundy Center, and other entities on various initiatives.

Join Yogini Danni as our certified guest yoga instructor from Transcending Yoga LLC for class this Saturday for Yoga in the Park - Marshalltown, IA ! This class will be a vinyasa flow for all levels . Starting with gentle movements that build the heat in your body allowing you to go deeper into poses and build towards a peak pose.

Danni has been teaching yoga for the past 6 years after getting her teacher training with All Yoga in Thailand. She is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor who is also a licensed physical therapist assistant working in the Des Moines area. She loves tea and chilling with her cat in her down time or making elaborate costumes as designer for Gears of Time Designs!

Soul Magick by Taylor Bear will be your host for any questions about all the fun Marshalltown events too!
