Carmicheal Back and Neck Care will be closed Nov 20-24th for Dr. Carmicheal's 2nd knee replacement and Thanksgiving holiday. The week of Nov 27-Dec 1st we will be open our morning hours from 9-12. Drug testing will be walk in basis in the mornings of this week.

Carmicheal Back and Neck Care is closed today and tomorrow. Doc is having a knee replacement. See everyone Friday but shorter hours. 10 am to noon and 2 pm to 5 pm

It's that time of year again. School registrations are occurring and students will be needing an annual school physical. We have same day appointments available for quick and easy school physicals. We only charge $25 for the physical. Call 641-753-5796 to schedule or use our walk in hours Mon Wed and Fri 9 to 11 AM or 2 to 4 PM. We accept cash, checks and cards for payment.
