Employee of the Month: Ann 🌟

Ann has been a dedicated Dietary Cook/Aide with us for the past 8 months, and she brings positivity and warmth to our team every single day. The most rewarding part of her job is spending time with our residents, and she truly enjoys building connections with them, especially when playing bingo together💕.

Ann is known for being a fun, happy person who always has a smile on her face 😊, making her a joy to be around for both residents and coworkers. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting 🧶 and celebrating her favorite holiday her birthday 🎂! Her favorite local restaurant is Applebee’s, and her go-to food is tacos 🌮.

🌟 Resident of the Month: Gary T.! 🌟

We are excited to recognize Gary T. as our Resident of the Month! Gary is from Estherville, Iowa and is proudly married. Before retiring, he worked as a life insurance agent, and before that he proudly served in the United States Army for two years.

Gary’s favorite colors are blue and green, and his favorite animals are huskies and cats. When it comes to food, nothing tops a delicious prime rib for him! 🐶🐱

Gary is a friendly, social, and funny person who brightens everyone’s day. He loves chatting and sharing stories, and you can always find him enjoying activities like coloring and crafts. He is always happy and brings such a positive energy to our community. 🤗

Accura HealthCare is an Iowa based healthcare company that manages and operates 32 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, 13 assisted living centers, and 1 independent center. Also visible within the triangle of the logo is one person caring for another; this represents the meaning of the company name. "Accura" is Latin, meaning to take care of or to give attention to.
