The Oaks Nursing and Personal Care Home We are a 60 bed facility, family owned and operated since 1956. We are just 11 miles from Ft.

Valley, 16 miles from Perry, 3 miles from Marshallville, 14 miles from Reynolds, & 10 miles from Montezuma. The skilled facility provides twenty-four hour comprehensive nursing care under the supervision of a licensed physician. Licensed nurses direct the dedicated staff in providing individual care to each resident in order to enhance their quality of life. Years of experience in long-term health care provide The Oaks staff with the ability to meet the unique needs of each individual resident.

This month, we are proud to celebrate Mr. Al White for an incredible 19 years of service here at The Oaks! No, he's not leaving, but we just want to shine a spotlight on his amazing 19 years of service here!
Mr. Al has been a true staple of our facility for nearly two decades. From early morning repairs to late-day fixes, he works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our building is safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for our residents, families, and staff.
His steady presence, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed have made a lasting impact on everyone who walks through our doors. Whether it’s fixing a maintenance issue, setting up for a special event, or lending a helping hand with a smile, Mr. Al is always there.
We are beyond grateful for his dedication, loyalty, and the care he shows to our residents each and every day.
