Rosemary and Lemon Balm Tea: The Focused Relaxation

Rosemary, while excellent for memory, is also calming when combined with lemon balm, which has a mild sedative effect. Brew the two together for 10 minutes for a tea that can help ease tension, improve mental clarity, and calm the nervous system. It’s like a spa day in a cup.
