In the last few years, patients in Massachusetts have lost access to Lyme literate providers due to the closure of clinics like the Rothfeld Center, the Entire Health & Wellness on the Cape, and the Dean Center. Other Lyme providers are out of pocket and unaffordable to most, and others have simply stopped taking on new patients!
I'm so glad to have kept in touch with Dr. Mark Su, who I met years ago when I was very sick at his clinic in Newburyport. Dr. Su is an open-minded, down-to-earth physician who treats his patients with compassion and respect. He has recently started some new programs that are making visits and treatment become more affordable and accessible for patients.
Dr. Su is hosting a free virtual Q&A workshop next Wednesday (as well as on May 27th) where he will share all about his approaches to treating Lyme & co.
