The ingredients in the 1st pic plus an onion & tortilla.

Chop the peppers, onion, jalapeño & pepper rings and mix in a bowl (option to add some of the juice from the jalapeño jar 🔥). Add sun dried tomato & beans and season (I used everything bagel because my husband doesn’t like chili powder). Sauté the chicken. Add guac to tortilla then add warm chicken and veg mix.

IT WAS 🔥🔥🔥 and took 10 min.

I don’t have thousands of dollars to spend on advertising… mostly because my sons play hockey… so for a small business owner, something like this that gets my name out there is huge. I appreciate every vote; I know there were many who voted every day.

Thank you to everyone who has shown me support over the last few years since I started on my own. Every time a client tells me they’re a referral or they got my name from multiple people on a thread on a page, it NEVER gets old. I started out with TWO clients, one friend and one referral of a friend. I can’t believe how much my practice has grown just by word of mouth and genuine kindness.

I do what I do because I truly want to empower and help people with their physical & mental health. I want people to feel good about themselves and witnessing that change is what keeps me doing this work. I don’t do what I do for recognition, but I must say this feels pretty nice too!

Still can’t believe this works…

I’ve made these for my preschoolers for 2 years in a row and they love them. Just drain and rinse the beans, then add 1/2 cup water and blend. Add JUST the blended mixture to the brownie mix (do not add egg or oil) and cook according to package.

The result is a fudge-like brownie- no taste of beans, I promise.
