🏃‍♂️The Vertimax uses multiple bans which give you constant resistance with exercises to allow for more efficient strength training.

🏃‍♂️The different attachments allow you to do various drills on and off the platform in multiple directions

🏃‍♂️The Vertimax is a great tool to improve power, strength, and vertical jump.
