For over five years, Carrie has been a rock-solid presence for both our clients and team. She’s the go-to trainer for new RNs, thanks to her unmatched knowledge, attention to detail, and compassionate approach. Her dedication shines through in everything she does—from navigating complex medical supply changes, to keeping meticulous records, to ensuring our clients’ routines are followed with care. Carrie gives 100% every day, and her team is endlessly grateful!

Whether she’s taking clients to out-of-town appointments or simply lending a listening ear to a fellow staff member, Carrie goes above and beyond. Programs are developed and made to meet the needs of each individual client. We currently have 7 Adult Family Homes and 9 different unique programs in our Marshfield Region. We specialize in assisting our clients with managing their behaviors so that they can live in their own home and participate more fully in community activities.

🌟 Marshfield Employee of the Month: Teresa! 🌟

Teresa started her employment with Ripple in February of 2017. She was new to care giving but had been a Mom so she caught on quickly. It did not take long before we all realized that there was something special about her. She very quickly became a great work partner and work Mom for everyone.

Teresa is one of the only staff that has worked at most all of our programs. She’s served as a crisis first responder. Everyone knows and respects her (staff and clients). She has the ability to be very direct when necessary but can also light up the room with her charm bringing laughter to all. She has the courage to take responsibility in times that are difficult. There’s nothing Teresa wouldn't do to help others in need. Most often she’s the first one to stand up when someone needs help doing a difficult job. She’s a hard worker and has to be told when she’s worked too many hours.

Teresa has many skills. She leads others by the example she sets. She’s organized and always trustworthy. I have been able to count on her to do the things she says she will. That’s a rare thing in this world. She has always lent a helping hand- even when there’s furniture to be moved, a hammer to be swung or a mess to be cleaned up.

In the past 8 years I’ve seen Teresa grow as a caregiver, staff, co-worker and leader at Ripple. I have also seen her grow as a person. She’s been faced with some of life’s most difficult personal challenges having lost family members. In the end though, she’s found a way to endure and come out stronger. I see her still having so much to offer for both us here at work but also those at home.

I am very happy to write this not only as the Director for Ripple here in Marshfield but as someone who admires another person in friendship. Teresa is one of the best people I have ever met.
