Integrated Body Spirit

Good morning Energy Warriors!
As the summers heat comes to an end and we enter the cool days of fall it's time to recharge our spirit and integrate that energy throughout our physical body. Balancing our mind/body/spirit is essential to creating joy and peace in our lives.
I've found in my life experiences that it's easy to feel and internalize negativity when pain, distrust and fear are integrated into my life I become "that which I have internalized" into my body and soul.
I also know that "flipping the script" and changing my focus to finding positive things that are in my life and out in the greater Universe, leads me back happiness and the ability to be a "conscience creator " and brings me into alignment with my higher self. It also brings a renewed connection to my higher guidance, spirit energy and drawing in paths of prosperity and greater abundance.

I'm back to myself and have a voice although its sometimes wonkie I can have conversations in a bar or restaurant. before this waiters and bartenders couldn't hear me, but now its hear-able.

Wow I hadn't realized it had been that far back with my minimized voice. While it's not perfect it is manageable, and if I put in the work and voice therapy it will get better!

My voice has been slowly deteriorating for past month. Thought it was the pollen combined with the smoke out of Canada making it scratchy and intermittently going completely(mostly outdoors).in closed air systems it gets hear-able but still doesn't sound like me so Tony made me call Dr. Zeitel and they got me in ASAP after hearing my voicemail. Let's see what the magician can do today. I know it may mean a laser procedure... or injections. If I have to cancel going to Ptown I'm gonna be depressed. If I can barely speak indoors and outdoors it's so garbled and intermittent that people cant hear me... well it's a recipe for a disappointing & frustrating situation. I wanna go to bear week!

It's been a while since my last post. The pandemic started the pause but it was extended due to a serious health issue I had to deal with.
Thankfully I have rounded the corner and ready to get back to seeing clients.

You can live comfortably and joyfully and resiliently and healthfully as long as you have desire that summons life through you. People don’t die because they pass through time. They die because they don’t allow this arena to stimulate decisions. The only reason people ever die is either because they have stopped making decisions about being here, or they have made decisions about being Nonphysical.

Dear Friends,

Abraham told us a while back, "If we were standing in your physical shoes we would make more decisions in every day." I was thinking about that this week and so I asked Abraham to speak more specifically, to me, about that and they said this: "Focus on a desire without contradiction."

Please say more about that, I asked. And they made the following statements:

Decide to do something and then do it. Do it because you want to. Do it because you decided you would. Don't complain about doing it, while you are doing it. That is a contradiction. That is split Energy.

Focus only the positive aspects of people and situations. Do not weigh the pros and the cons. That is contradiction. That is split Energy.

Choose something that is important to you and focus on that. One thing at a time. Do not try to think about many things at once. That is often contradiction. That is often split Energy.

Think about what you desire and think about why you want it. Spend no time trying to figure out what others want and why they want it, or what others do and why they do it. Your speculation about others is always incomplete and usually inaccurate. That introduces contradiction. That causes split Energy.

I always appreciate Abraham's practical advice.

Our Source Is One of Love, Not Condemnation… When you pay attention to the way you feel, and deliberately choose more thoughts that feel good while you think them, you will begin to recognize the nature of your Broader Non-Physical desires. The majority of negative emotions that you feel are not because the subject of your thought is wrong, but instead, because you are condemning something that your Source does not condemn. Your Source is one of love, not one of condemnation.

You can be fully satisfied with where you are, understanding that you’re eternally evolving. When you get into that place of feeling appreciation of where you are and of who you are, and appreciation of what you are, and you accept that you are a never-ending, always unfolding Being, then you can stand in that delicate balance of being optimistic about what is to come, without being unhappy about where you stand.
Find a way of eagerly anticipating future changes, while at the same time you are in love and satisfied with who, what, where and how you be.

How do you feel about those things that you are giving most of your attention to? If there is something in your life that gives you negative emotion almost every time you think about it, we would do anything that we could do to get that negative thing out of our awareness.
