Raw truth. Anger isn’t “bad” or “wrong”. It’s uncomfortable but it moves what energy is being called to move. Many times it intensifies because we resist it maybe because we’ve judged it or learned to believe that it’s wrong. It’s not. It’s an interpretation of energy. Releasing energy that feels like anger is healthy and necessary. Find a safe space to release what you choose to no longer hold. Feel the difference that makes. ❤️

Love how this simplistically breaks down how emotions are often, if not always, at the root of what shows up in our bodies as what we call “disease” (which is really dis-ease). Energy work can get to that energy that no longer serves you and one may choose to release so the body can do what it’s meant to do -heal itself.
