Energy work is all about release of what no longer serves you. The old that has to be let go to make room for the new to emerge. This often feels “scary” as when it’s time to let something go, the universe has a way of making that happen even unbeknownst to us consciously, which can feel like loss. And it is loss but only for new to have space to come in. I’m not a therapist, but more of a affirmationist. (A word I just came up with). In my practice, I am there, I listen and I affirm what you already know. Removing this block of doubt, creating a new path restoring flow. Fear to step forward transforms to an excitement for what’s to come. The feeling (which may feel like anxiety) is the same but now holds much different meaning. If this resonates, it’s YOUR TIME. True story. This is what it literally looks like inside your body when energy is in flow and you feel in alignment. I “see” this in client sessions all the time. It’s magical !!!!

So I’ve been doing this thing called energy work and intuitive guidance for about 3 years now. What I’ve learned about this is that by giving a client a supportive and non judgmental “safe space” to express what they are holding onto, that in itself is powerful release of energy. Coupled with a channeling of energy to allow the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies and fields to release entangled energy held in the body, it is a profound release that many report an ease, a relaxation, an inner peace they then feel. We then talk about how to not only integrate this energy, but what things one can do to allow energy flow to sustain itself so the body, mind and soul can heal. I’m so grateful to my clients that have chosen me and given me the honor of walking beside them. In energy work the practitioner not only “gives” but also receives. I love this practice that allows others to choose a “better way” for themselves. One that fits only them individually and empowers them to heal from within to allow healing to occur in all aspects of one’s life. Mind, body and soul ❤️
