At Key To Your Path, we believe that our bodies are perfectly designed and made to heal itself. The body has a signaling system (“symptoms”) that alert us when it is working hard to rid the body of something that no longer serves for the better good and then tells us what we need to do to support it (rest, hydrate, get outside). Disruptions in the body’s “unique to you” flow of energy, is what causes dis-ease to occur. Ever wondered how words are created to give meaning to us?

Here’s an example:
Disease

When flow is disrupted in our physical bodies, dis ease can result. Our beliefs and our subconscious patterns of thought and behavior cam be the reason this happens and becoming aware of that to make a more preferred choice can support the natural flow and rhythm our bodies are meant to have. Releasing energy blocks can allow the body to heal itself as nature intended and designed it to do.

Your cells hold energy of emotion and this may cause your body to show “symptoms” that it is trying to heal itself but something is “blocking” that from naturally occurring. Energy work is a means to assist the body with restoring balance and flow for the healing process to continue - just as the body was created to do.
