ProActFit, LLC is a private pay (reimbursable by most insurances), private treatment, outpatient physical therapy practice located inside New England Wellness Solutions inside The Norwell Athletic Club off of Rt 53 in Norwell, MA. We are seeing

our patients get better faster with the holistic full body wellness approach to therapy. We offer proper guidance for chronic wellness and return to sport, specializing in outpatient orthopedic treatments, pre and post-op surgeries and are able to bridge the gap between therapy and return to sport with our strength and conditioning programs, taught by physical therapist(s). Medically Based Fitness programs are overseen by a licensed healthcare professional monitoring vitals and addressing injury prevention while reaching patient goals. This specialized training is available to assist and educate members with the proper exercises and body mechanics to work around their injuries of sites of pain or imbalance. Physical therapists are skilled professionals that address muscle, tendon, nerve or joint dysfunction that may lead to chronic pain. Our programs ensure safe and successful return to sport or activities of daily living. Members may be seen onsite for physical therapy or may choose to be monitored during their medically based training sessions. Additionally, with patient's permission, ProActFit will work with your own Personal Trainer to ensure sustained wellness. Directed and Owned by a Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Fitness/Figure Competitor.
