October is Safe Sleep Month

Let’s work together to keep our babies safe while they sleep.

✅ Always place your baby on their back to sleep

✅ Use a firm, flat sleep surface like a crib or bassinet

✅ Keep the sleep area free of soft bedding, pillows, and toys

✅ Share a room, not a bed — room-sharing is safer than bed-sharing

Safe sleep saves lives. Spread the word and support families in creating safe sleep environments for their little ones. 💙
