Focus on Health & Nutrition: Ensure adequate hydration and balanced, nutritious, easy-to-prepare meals (or use services like Meals on Wheels).

Foster Independence: Allow the care recipient to make their own choices (e.g., clothing, meals) as much as possible.

Caregiver Self-Care: Take breaks to avoid burnout, maintain your own health, and lean on support systems.
