🙏 We’re grateful for the warm welcome from the Baraboo Area Chamber of Commerce and for the support of a community that truly values people and relationships.

The new patients were ecstatic to have accessible, high quality and free advanced primary care available locally to them. Uplifting to see the heaviness of what healthcare has extracted from them lifted.
